Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, HTR5A mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,856 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible HTR5A-associated genes across cancer lineages are EXOSC9, ABCB10, and TUBGCP4. Each is linked with HTR5A in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HTR5A-to-partner and partner-to-HTR5A results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, EXOSC9 grouped by HTR5A-low versus HTR5A-high in STAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HTR5A→partner) and Y-score (partner→HTR5A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
