Across TCGA patient cohorts, HTR5A mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 49 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HTR5A-associated genes across cancer lineages are TFRC, 4E-BP1, and GATA3. Each is linked with HTR5A in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HTR5A-to-partner and partner-to-HTR5A results are reported.
