Across TCGA cell cohorts, HTR5A RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 503 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible HTR5A-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of coagulation, Response to catecholamine, and DNA damage checkpoint signaling. Each is linked with HTR5A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HTR5A-to-partner and partner-to-HTR5A results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Negative regulation of coagulation grouped by HTR5A-low versus HTR5A-high in LUNG_SCLC.
