HTR5A

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, HTR5A mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 978 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HTR5A-associated genes across cancer lineages are ADAMTS4, TRIM41, and IQGAP3. Each is linked with HTR5A in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HTR5A-to-partner and partner-to-HTR5A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ADAMTS4 grouped by HTR5A-low versus HTR5A-high in UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HTR5A→partner) and Y-score (partner→HTR5A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
