HTR4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, HTR4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HTR4-associated genes across cancer lineages are SCN10A, OR6C75, and USP17L22. Each is linked with HTR4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HTR4-to-partner and partner-to-HTR4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SCN10A grouped by HTR4-low versus HTR4-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HTR4→partner) and Y-score (partner→HTR4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
