HTR3C2P

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HTR3C2P RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,995 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HTR3C2P-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Obsolete histone H3-K4 methylation, Establishment of protein localization to vacuole, and Microtubule-based transport. Each is linked with HTR3C2P in more than 20 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HTR3C2P-to-partner and partner-to-HTR3C2P results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HTR3C2P→partner) and Y-score (partner→HTR3C2P) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
