Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, HTR3C2P RNA is linked to patient survival in 13 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated HTR3C2P data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal clear cell carcinoma (KIRC), where higher HTR3C2P RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated HTR3C2P expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LAML and BRCA show a favorable association.
KIRC, MESO, and THCA are the cancer types where HTR3C2P RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
