Across TCGA patient cohorts, HTR3B mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,818 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HTR3B-associated genes across cancer lineages are CDCA5, CDKN3, and MND1. Each is linked with HTR3B in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HTR3B-to-partner and partner-to-HTR3B results are reported.
