Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, HTR2C RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,675 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible HTR2C-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CDKL5_S306, OPA1, and PFKM. Each is linked with HTR2C in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HTR2C-to-partner and partner-to-HTR2C results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, HTR2C versus CDKL5_S306 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.59.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HTR2C→partner) and Y-score (partner→HTR2C) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
