Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, HTR2C mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,403 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible HTR2C-associated genes across cancer lineages are TMEM62, RNU6-709P, and RN7SKP49. Each is linked with HTR2C in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HTR2C-to-partner and partner-to-HTR2C results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TMEM62 grouped by HTR2C-low versus HTR2C-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HTR2C→partner) and Y-score (partner→HTR2C) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
