HTR2C

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HTR2C mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 77 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HTR2C-associated genes across cancer lineages are p90 RSK, cIAP, and NF2. Each is linked with HTR2C in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HTR2C-to-partner and partner-to-HTR2C results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, p90 RSK grouped by HTR2C-low versus HTR2C-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HTR2C→partner) and Y-score (partner→HTR2C) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
