Across TCGA cell cohorts, HTR2C RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 1,465 significant associations in total. STOMACH shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HTR2C-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of corticotropin-releasing hormone secretion, Calcium ion transport, and Positive regulation of phosphatidylinositol biosynthetic process. Each is linked with HTR2C in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HTR2C-to-partner and partner-to-HTR2C results are reported.
