HTR2C

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, HTR2C mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 38 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HTR2C-associated genes across cancer lineages are DPRX, TMEM95, and MYL2. Each is linked with HTR2C in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HTR2C-to-partner and partner-to-HTR2C results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, DPRX grouped by HTR2C-low versus HTR2C-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HTR2C→partner) and Y-score (partner→HTR2C) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
