HTR1E

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HTR1E RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,410 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HTR1E-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ELAPOR1, EPB41L2_S39, and S100A4. Each is linked with HTR1E in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HTR1E-to-partner and partner-to-HTR1E results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, HTR1E versus ELAPOR1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.48.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HTR1E→partner) and Y-score (partner→HTR1E) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
