Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, HTR1E RNA is linked to patient survival in 11 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated HTR1E data layer compared with 8 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher HTR1E RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated HTR1E expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as KICH and LGG show a favorable association.

UCEC, CHOL, and KICH are the cancer types where HTR1E RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
