HTR1E

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HTR1E mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 20 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HTR1E-associated genes across cancer lineages are PI3K-p85, ACC_pS79, and FASN. Each is linked with HTR1E in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HTR1E-to-partner and partner-to-HTR1E results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PI3K-p85 grouped by HTR1E-low versus HTR1E-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HTR1E→partner) and Y-score (partner→HTR1E) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
