Cross-omicsRNA → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, HTR1E RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 138 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible HTR1E-associated genes across cancer lineages are LPA, ZADH2, and THSD7B. Each is linked with HTR1E in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HTR1E-to-partner and partner-to-HTR1E results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LPA grouped by HTR1E-low versus HTR1E-high in UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT.
RNA expression associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HTR1E→partner) and Y-score (partner→HTR1E) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
