Cross-omicsMUTATION → DRUGCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, HTR1E mutation is significantly associated with the drug of many other genes, with 14 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible HTR1E-associated genes across cancer lineages are Niraparib, UNC1215, and PARP_0108. Each is linked with HTR1E in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HTR1E-to-partner and partner-to-HTR1E results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Niraparib grouped by HTR1E-low versus HTR1E-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HTR1E→partner) and Y-score (partner→HTR1E) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
