Across TCGA patient cohorts, HTR1D RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,143 significant associations in total. PRAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible HTR1D-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Adenylate cyclase-inhibiting serotonin receptor signaling pathway, Positive regulation of cytoskeleton organization, and Membrane biogenesis. Each is linked with HTR1D in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HTR1D-to-partner and partner-to-HTR1D results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Adenylate cyclase-inhibiting serotonin receptor signaling pathway grouped by HTR1D-low versus HTR1D-high in GBM.
