Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, HTR1D mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,140 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible HTR1D-associated genes across cancer lineages are TBC1D3C, PRY2, and RNU6-487P. Each is linked with HTR1D in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HTR1D-to-partner and partner-to-HTR1D results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TBC1D3C grouped by HTR1D-low versus HTR1D-high in SKCM.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HTR1D→partner) and Y-score (partner→HTR1D) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
