Across TCGA cell cohorts, HTR1D RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,258 significant associations in total. BREAST shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HTR1D-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Intestine smooth muscle contraction, Positive regulation of exosomal secretion, and Cellular response to environmental stimulus. Each is linked with HTR1D in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HTR1D-to-partner and partner-to-HTR1D results are reported.
