HTR1B

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, HTR1B mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 48 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HTR1B-associated genes across cancer lineages are M1AP, ACTRT1, and WFDC8. Each is linked with HTR1B in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HTR1B-to-partner and partner-to-HTR1B results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, M1AP grouped by HTR1B-low versus HTR1B-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HTR1B→partner) and Y-score (partner→HTR1B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
