Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, HSPE1P5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,324 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible HSPE1P5-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CDH3, HID1, and TPD52L2. Each is linked with HSPE1P5 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HSPE1P5-to-partner and partner-to-HSPE1P5 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, HSPE1P5 versus CDH3 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.71.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HSPE1P5→partner) and Y-score (partner→HSPE1P5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
