The most reproducible HSPE1P4-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NUP93, S100A10, and DDX47. Each is linked with HSPE1P4 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HSPE1P4-to-partner and partner-to-HSPE1P4 results are reported.
