HSPE1P18

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HSPE1P18 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,560 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HSPE1P18-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RCSD1, SEPTIN1, and STAT5A. Each is linked with HSPE1P18 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HSPE1P18-to-partner and partner-to-HSPE1P18 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, HSPE1P18 versus RCSD1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.71.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HSPE1P18→partner) and Y-score (partner→HSPE1P18) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
