Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, HSPE1P18 RNA is linked to patient survival in 21 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated HSPE1P18 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in cervical squamous cell carcinoma and endocervical adenocarcinoma (CESC), where higher HSPE1P18 RNA is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated HSPE1P18 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as CESC and SKCM show a favorable association.

CESC, SKCM, and HNSC are the cancer types where HSPE1P18 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
