Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, HSPE1P11 RNA is linked to patient survival in 20 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated HSPE1P11 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in uveal melanoma (UVM), where higher HSPE1P11 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated HSPE1P11 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LUSC and LUAD show a favorable association.

UVM, THCA, and SKCM are the cancer types where HSPE1P11 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
