HSPE1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HSPE1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,797 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HSPE1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CDK1, NGDN_S143, and MCM2. Each is linked with HSPE1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HSPE1-to-partner and partner-to-HSPE1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, HSPE1 versus CDK1 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.48.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HSPE1→partner) and Y-score (partner→HSPE1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
