Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, HSPE1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16,495 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible HSPE1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MT-ND2, MT-ND1, and HSPD1. Each is linked with HSPE1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HSPE1-to-partner and partner-to-HSPE1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, HSPE1 versus MT-ND2 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.42.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HSPE1→partner) and Y-score (partner→HSPE1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
