Across TCGA cell cohorts, HSPE1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,762 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HSPE1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Mitochondrial gene expression, Protein insertion into mitochondrial inner membrane, and Endoplasmic reticulum unfolded protein response. Each is linked with HSPE1 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HSPE1-to-partner and partner-to-HSPE1 results are reported.
