Across TCGA patient cohorts, HSPB2-C11orf52 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,692 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible HSPB2-C11orf52-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Pulmonary valve morphogenesis, Obsolete positive regulation of ER-associated ubiquitin-dependent protein catabolic process, and Regulation of cellular response to transforming growth factor beta stimulus. Each is linked with HSPB2-C11orf52 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HSPB2-C11orf52-to-partner and partner-to-HSPB2-C11orf52 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Pulmonary valve morphogenesis grouped by HSPB2-C11orf52-low versus HSPB2-C11orf52-high in COAD.
