Across TCGA cell cohorts, HSPB11 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,829 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible HSPB11-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of metaphase/anaphase transition of cell cycle, Negative regulation of metaphase/anaphase transition of cell cycle, and Negative regulation of chromosome separation. Each is linked with HSPB11 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HSPB11-to-partner and partner-to-HSPB11 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Regulation of metaphase/anaphase transition of cell cycle grouped by HSPB11-low versus HSPB11-high in SOFT_TISSUE.
