HSPA14

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HSPA14 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,139 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HSPA14-associated proteins across cancer lineages are UPF2, CUL2, and LARP4B. Each is linked with HSPA14 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HSPA14-to-partner and partner-to-HSPA14 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HSPA14→partner) and Y-score (partner→HSPA14) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
