Across TCGA patient cohorts, HSFY3P RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,632 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible HSFY3P-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Sequestering of actin monomers, Regulation of intracellular steroid hormone receptor signaling pathway, and Regulation of nucleobase-containing compound transport. Each is linked with HSFY3P in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HSFY3P-to-partner and partner-to-HSFY3P results are reported.
