Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, HSFY3P RNA is linked to patient survival in 18 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated HSFY3P data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in stomach adenocarcinoma (STAD), where higher HSFY3P RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated HSFY3P expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UVM and THYM show a favorable association.

STAD, THCA, and UVM are the cancer types where HSFY3P RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
