The most reproducible HSD17B11-associated genes across cancer lineages are NCF4, TLR8, and JAK3. Each is linked with HSD17B11 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HSD17B11-to-partner and partner-to-HSD17B11 results are reported.
