HSCB

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HSCB mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 252 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HSCB-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR7155, MTND6P16, and MIR6804. Each is linked with HSCB in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HSCB-to-partner and partner-to-HSCB results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR7155 grouped by HSCB-low versus HSCB-high in HNSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HSCB→partner) and Y-score (partner→HSCB) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
