HRH4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, HRH4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HRH4-associated genes across cancer lineages are C6orf118, OR52H1, and H2BC3. Each is linked with HRH4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HRH4-to-partner and partner-to-HRH4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, C6orf118 grouped by HRH4-low versus HRH4-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HRH4→partner) and Y-score (partner→HRH4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
