HPX

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HPX mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,477 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HPX-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR6J1, GTSE1-DT, and PER1. Each is linked with HPX in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HPX-to-partner and partner-to-HPX results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR6J1 grouped by HPX-low versus HPX-high in BLCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HPX→partner) and Y-score (partner→HPX) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
