HPS4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HPS4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,563 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HPS4-associated proteins across cancer lineages are KIAA1671, XRCC6, and SASH3. Each is linked with HPS4 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HPS4-to-partner and partner-to-HPS4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, HPS4 versus KIAA1671 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.56.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HPS4→partner) and Y-score (partner→HPS4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
