HPS4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HPS4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,211 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HPS4-associated genes across cancer lineages are ERI1, LDHA, and PIGCP1. Each is linked with HPS4 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HPS4-to-partner and partner-to-HPS4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ERI1 grouped by HPS4-low versus HPS4-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HPS4→partner) and Y-score (partner→HPS4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
