Across TCGA patient cohorts, HPS4 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 45 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HPS4-associated genes across cancer lineages are ASNS, C-Raf, and GAPDH. Each is linked with HPS4 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HPS4-to-partner and partner-to-HPS4 results are reported.
