HPS4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, HPS4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,588 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HPS4-associated genes across cancer lineages are TFIP11, TAB1, and MTMR3. Each is linked with HPS4 in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HPS4-to-partner and partner-to-HPS4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, HPS4 versus TFIP11 in BLOOD_Myeloma, with a Pearson correlation of 0.75.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HPS4→partner) and Y-score (partner→HPS4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
