Across TCGA cell cohorts, HPS4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,301 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HPS4-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of chromosome condensation, Symbiont-mediated disruption of host cellular anatomical structure, and Symbiont-mediated disruption of host anatomical structure. Each is linked with HPS4 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HPS4-to-partner and partner-to-HPS4 results are reported.
