Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, HPS4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 93 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible HPS4-associated genes across cancer lineages are SSTR5, CA2, and MAGEB4. Each is linked with HPS4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HPS4-to-partner and partner-to-HPS4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SSTR5 grouped by HPS4-low versus HPS4-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HPS4→partner) and Y-score (partner→HPS4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
