HPRT1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HPRT1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,539 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HPRT1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MRPS5P4, EIF3JP1, and RNU6-406P. Each is linked with HPRT1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HPRT1-to-partner and partner-to-HPRT1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MRPS5P4 grouped by HPRT1-low versus HPRT1-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HPRT1→partner) and Y-score (partner→HPRT1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
