HOXD11

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HOXD11 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,152 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HOXD11-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SEC23B, RBM47, and SCRN2. Each is linked with HOXD11 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HOXD11-to-partner and partner-to-HOXD11 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, HOXD11 versus SEC23B in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.39.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HOXD11→partner) and Y-score (partner→HOXD11) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
