HOXD11

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HOXD11 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,512 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HOXD11-associated genes across cancer lineages are SYT17, PHACTR1, and ACVR1. Each is linked with HOXD11 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HOXD11-to-partner and partner-to-HOXD11 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, HOXD11 versus SYT17 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.62.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HOXD11→partner) and Y-score (partner→HOXD11) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
