HOXD11

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HOXD11 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 7 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HOXD11-associated genes across cancer lineages are PCNA, ATM, and Notch1. Each is linked with HOXD11 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HOXD11-to-partner and partner-to-HOXD11 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PCNA grouped by HOXD11-low versus HOXD11-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HOXD11→partner) and Y-score (partner→HOXD11) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
