HOXC10

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HOXC10 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,399 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HOXC10-associated genes across cancer lineages are FAM162B, ZBED6CL, and LRRC10B. Each is linked with HOXC10 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HOXC10-to-partner and partner-to-HOXC10 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FAM162B grouped by HOXC10-low versus HOXC10-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HOXC10→partner) and Y-score (partner→HOXC10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
